TRAILER RENTAL VIRGINIA BEACH
RESERVATIONS
-Once you have reserved your site with Holiday Trav-L-Park, please reserve the travel trailer by calling the numbers below or using the email block to submitt your dates
- A rental agreement will be emailed, faxed, or mailed to you. Please sign the agreement and return to Camp Vay Cay in the manner in which you received it. You must be 21 or older to sign the rental agreement
- A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is due upon signing of the agreement to secure your reservation
- Payment may be made with credit card, check or money order (made payable to Camp Vay Cay)
- If check or money order, payment must be received within 7 days of making the reservation to our head office
-Payment in full is required 14 days prior to arrival date
- A refundable security deposit of $200 wil be required upon check-in and returned upon check out inspection.
SMOKING & PETS
SMOKING AND PETS OF ANY KIND ARE PROHIBITTED IN THE TRAILER!!
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made more than 30 days prior to arrival date in order to receive a full refund (minus $100.00 non-refundable deposit). Refunds will not be made for inclement weather.
PROPANE/DUMPING
If you rent a water & electric site (without sewer), you will arrange with the Holiday Trav-L-Park to empty the tanks ($15.00 each time), they will do this without your presence. Propane tanks will be full upon your arrival, and should not need to be refilled during your stay, if they do need to be refilled the Holiday-Trav-L Park can refill them at your expense.
CHECK OUT
All renters are requested to leave the camper in the condition it was in upon arrival. A check out inspection will be conducted.
SPECIAL OCCASIONS
If you are planning a special occasion, just contact Camp Vay Cay and we will be happy to arrange and purchase your requests for flowers, candy, or other special items for your surprise. Birthdays, anniversaries, Valentines Day, let us make it special for you. We will have your items in the trailer when you arrive.
